Again, student, researchers and business people meet in Maastricht to discuss the latest advancements in service science. This time we will also be joined by members of first Service Science Factory project teams, who will present results of their work, conducted together with two companies: Océ and APG.

    I am currently studying the book of James Teboul – Service is Front Stage – and a number of articles on Service Science. This effort is aimed at finding out how Service-oriented business differs from Product-oriented business and consequently how this will have impact on our sales training programs.
