New projects coming up

On 7 July the Service Science Factory presented the results of its first 2 projects. but we are not stopping at this point! In September, four new project teams will take off. Two of them are still looking for project members from diverse backgrounds.

You can work for:

• Service City Parkstad (Belastingdienst, AZL, APG and CBS in a joint venture with OPL (Ontwikkelmaatschappij Parkstad Limburg)) – four organizations from the Heerlen region that joined forces to strengthen the position of the region among prospective employees.  You will help them to create – using, among others, social networks and new media –  the image of Parkstad as a great place to stay, live and work in.
• Conceptisch – a company that wants you to develop a game to teach employees of the hospitality sector skills and attitudes that will make them more service- and customer-oriented.

If you are a student, your participation will be awarded with ECTS credits that (for example at the School of Business and Economics of Maastricht University) can account for the compulsory internship that is a part of your program. However, you have to commit yourself to at least one day of work a week, over the eight week-long project period.
