ACTION-BASED LEARNING
Tracks in this programme are all characterized by hands-on learning and doing. You will be constantly challenged to translate the lessons learned to a highly relevant case, fictive and your own. This element of action-based learning, is proven to be very effective for the retention and building your skills-set, not only your knowledge base.
MOVING FORWARD
The second characteristic of our tracks is moving forward. Applying the lessons learned to your very own challenge and to your work environment is then the final step to convert the acquired knowledge and experience to deliver immediate impact. In the strategic tracks, personal coaching is a fixed element in our tracks. For the fundamentals of innovation tracks, individual coaching is optional.
INTERACTIVE
Another crucial building block of our tracks is facilitating interactions. All of our tracks characterized by high-touch elements (live sessions with our experts): our tracks are packed with interaction which means you will learn a lot from our academic and professional experts as well as other Futurize-participants. Peer to peer learning is facilitated in various ways and is a crucial element in the learning journeys we provide, adding a rich dimension to your learning experience. The connections and community with peers you build throughout the training programme will benefit you for your professional career. Be reassured, also in our blended programmes, community building is a top priority.

FUTURIZE YOUR BUSINESS TRACKS
The Futurize your Business programme consists of 3 tracks.
Although following the tracks built upon each other, they don’t have to be followed in a particular order. To help you to determine the relevance of these tracks the visual on the next slide highlights questions that might guide your choice.
All tracks together help you to futurize your business. Each track has 3 or 4 modules in which per week one module is covered. A typical model holds the following structure:
BUSINESS MODEL BUILDING
- Disrupt or being disrupted? Do you want to change the rules of the game?
- Is your current business model under pressure and do you wish to take the lead to stay on top of the game?
LEADING THROUGH CRISIS
- Do you want to get out of the crisis or into the new normal?
- Do you want to build a progressive and agile enterprise?
- Do you know how to build a learning organisation?
SPECULATIVE FUTURES
- How can you anticipate and prepare for an uncertain future?
- How do I identify (future) relevant trends and occurrences?
- How do I strategically plan for future scenarios and how do I develop interventions for future scenarios?
SET UP OF EACH TRACK
All our tracks have set starting times and consist of 3 or 4 learning modules (1 week per module).
You can subscribe individually to our tracks or to the complete program. Our offer is characterized by high touch, live-workshops, self-paced independent learning, peer 2 peer learning, experience sharing & online demand coaching.
During each module you will learn in 3 different ways:
ELEMENT 1 | 3 HOURS PER WEEK
SELF-PACED ONLINE LEARNING
In our online learning platform you get access to the course material. Here you will have access to several videos, specifically recorded for the module. These videos you will need to watch before the start of each training topic. In addition you will get access to reading material specifically selected for the module and you will get assignments to perform before the start of the online sessions.
ELEMENT 2 | 2 x 1,5 HOURS PER WEEK
ONLINE SESSION
You will log in into our weekly online training sessions via zoom where you will meet up with the innovation trainer and the other participants. Our online sessions will focus on applying theory to practice in your team. You will be actively coached by the innovation trainer and will learn from the experience of other participants in the course.
In each online session also time will be reserved for Questions & Answers and reflection on the week
ELEMENT 3 | 1 HOUR PER WEEK
PERSONAL COACHING
Each participant is entitled to one hour of 1 on 1 coaching per week.
FOR WHOM IS THIS TRAINING INTENDED?
- All tracks in this programme are designed to help you and your organization move forward. The different tracks part of this program of this program are designed for experienced managers who are (on their way to become) innovation leaders instead of followers of innovation. You typically have at least 5 years of experience in a management role.
- You are by nature a person that wants to move forward, challenge the status quo, and constantly improve yourself and your business. You feel the urge to innovate, intrinsically & are looking to add depth.
