Professor Jos Lemmink appointed to Canon-Océ Endowed Chair

Professor Jos Lemmink has been appointed to the Canon-Océ Endowed Chair in Business Services Innovation. The Endowed Chair will promote innovation and knowledge development in the vicinity of Venlo, the home city of Océ, an international leader in digital document management and a Canon Group company since March 2010.

De Service Science Factory Universiteit Maastricht heeft Youp van ‘t Hek hulp aangeboden bij het analyseren van duizenden helpdeskklachten die hij ontving na een oproep. De cabaretier/columnist deed de oproep in een column over zijn persoonlijke ervaringen met de helpdesk van T-mobile. Een team van onderzoekers heeft 2.589 e-mails met klachten geanalyseerd…
